The holographic electroforming systems can be delivered in 2 versions:

More than 1 plate per tank two hour

The same tank can be used to produce the master tool from the developed and silvered photo resist master or for production of holographic embossing plates (shims).

For better production efficiency one tank should be used for production of master tool and the remaining one or two tanks should be used for production of embossing plates.

The silvering is done chemically by means of certain chemicals and a double nozzle spray gun which deposites a conductive layer onto the surface structure of the developed fortoresist plates. That plate can now be replicated by electroforming the master tool in tank 1.

Unit includes rectifiers, pumps, filters, heaters, thermostats and recording amp/hour meter.

The polypropylene tanks contain approximately 220 liters of Nickelsulfamate solution, which can be used longer than one vear.

All internal wiring and plumbing will be complete. The customer must supply hot and cold running water, distilled or deionized water under pressure or running, an exhaust outlet and elextricity equal to 18amp. 220 Volt A/C.
